Below is a list of possible questions that you may have regarding the Elite Big Man Camp. If you still have

The Elite Big Man Football Camp is a national exposure camp that started in 2010 for the top offensive and defensive linemen in the Midwest. We have had camps in Detroit, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Knoxville, Indianapolis, and San Francisco. Our goal is to bring in the top talent from across the country and see how they stack up against each other.

Our Elite Big Man Camp has earned a great reputation nationally in the football community. Our camps feature future Division 1 players that have received All-State, All-County and All-League honors. The last 8 years we have had over 1400 athletes participate that are between 6-foot-1 and 6-foot-8.

Our camp has been recognized as one of the best overall camps in the country. The top media outlets attend, and we also have a video crew that videotapes every rep. The media coverage is great, but the video that a player gets will help them long beyond the day of the camp. It can help them the entire off-season to improve their recruiting position.

Rivals.com, Scout.com, 247Sports, ESPN, and the Elite Football Network all cover the camp every year. These are the media outlets that have the most influence in the football recruiting community. Josh Helmholdt (Rivals) and Allen Trieu (247/Scout) have not missed a year since the camp started back in 2010.

We have a long list of great alumni and are proud to say that a lot of them put their name on the map by having a great performance at our camp. Most of our alumni attended multiple years while they were in high school. Please click on the link for a partial list of Alumni.

Every football coach in the country knows the value of having good Offensive and Defensive linemen. We also know that football players that play these two positions don’t always get the recognition and attention they deserve for their performance on the field. This camp is their chance to showcase their talents and compete against the best linemen in the country. The spotlight will be on the guys up front.

The Midwest Elite Big Man Camp will be held at the Total Sports Complex in Farmington, MI, about 10 minutes outside of Detroit. The address is 27777 Farmington Rd, Farmington, MI 48336. Other locations for 2019 will be announced later.

Helmets are definitely preferred, but not mandatory. We understand some schools have their helmets in for reconditioning during the time of the camp. Please try and do what you can to have a helmet. Mouthpieces are mandatory.

Waiver form, cleats, workout clothes, a mouthpiece, helmet, and be ready to work hard.

We do have a video crew that will film the entire event. We do post highlights from the camp on our website. If you want an individual highlight reel put together, you can purchase that from us. The cost is $50. It will include an Intro (camp photo, name, high school, grade), agility drills, position drills, and competition 1-on-1’s (winning reps only). 100’s of examples can be seen on our YouTube channel.

In 2018, we had over 120 gigs of video captured from our camp. It takes a week for us to go in and tag all the reps for each camper. The second week we will start rolling out the highlight videos in the order that they were purchased. All video will be posted on YouTube and your video links will be emailed to you after they go up.

The cost of an individual highlight tape is $50. You can let us know you want to purchase one and then we will send you an invoice through PayPal. You may also pay at the door on the day of the camp by cash or money order only. We do not accept checks on the day of the camp.
