Kickoff Time: Saturday, November 7, 3:30 PM

No. 18 Ole Miss enters the weekend with a 4-1 conference record and needs a victory on Saturday to keep pace with LSU and Alabama at the top of the SEC West. Arkansas is in perhaps its best form to date and enters the game coming off back-to-back wins for the first time this season following a quadruple-overtime victory over Auburn and a 35-point drubbing of non-conference Tennessee-Martin.

Players to watch
  • Razorbacks running back Alex Collins needed just 16 carries to reach 173 yards and five touchdowns against Tennessee-Martin. The junior has totaled 960 yards and 12 touchdowns on 166 rushing attempts this season and ranks 16th among FBS players averaging 120 yards per game.
  • Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly has completed 213-of-327 passes for 2,856 yards while throwing 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. The junior has also contributed 290 yards and an additional four touchdowns on 63 carries this season.

Key Stats

  • The two SEC rivals cannot agree even on the all-time series record; Arkansas claims a 33-27-1 advantage while Ole Miss records list only a 32-28-1 edge for the Razorbacks due to Arkansas claiming a forfeit victory in a game that finished 13-7 in Ole Miss’ favor in 1914.
  • Ole Miss has won seven of its first nine games for the first time in 25 years.
  • The Razorbacks have allowed just six sacks this season and are currently leading the SEC in fewest sacks allowed for the third straight season.
  • The Rebels rank second in the conference with 12 interceptions and are tied for first having forced 17 total turnovers.
  • Arkansas is averaging 196 rushing yards per game and 5.1 yards per carry.
  • Ole Miss boasts the SEC’s best offense averaging conference highs of 39.4 points and 519.6 yards per game.

Injuries

  • Ole Miss safety Tony Conner will attempt to play on Saturday after undergoing meniscus surgery in late September.
