Butch Jones continues to work his magic recruiting top level prospects for the University of Tennessee. Earlier today at the Vols spring game, Jones received a verbal commitment from Brodarious Hamm, one of the most sought after players in the southeast region.

Hamm, a 6’5 320-pound offensive tackle from Spalding High School (GA), is Tennessee’s 8th commit for their 2016 recruiting class. His top 3 schools were narrowed down to Tennessee, Auburn and LSU. He also had offers from Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Mississippi State and Louisville.

Tennessee has a lot of great commits in the 2016 class, but Hamm is a recruit that could be one of the best in the SEC down the road.

He is a powerful run blocker that dominates the line of scrimmage. He brings an attitude and toughness that every other SEC coach coveted. He also has great feet for a player his size and has an explosive punch at the point of contact.

The future of Tennessee’s offense looks promising with Hamm going to Knoxville. The excitement and momentum continues for Butch Jones and his football program.
